The Newstar 12V 65Ah stands just 179 mm tall on a long 350 x 166 mm base, so it slides onto low cabinet shelves and rack trays. It delivers 65Ah at the 10-hour rate with a 10-year design float life (Eurobat 10–12 years "long life").
Its very low 6.5 mΩ internal resistance and 650A maximum discharge current carry heavy UPS and inverter loads the moment the mains drops. M6 threaded-insert terminals give a secure, low-resistance connection. Its sealed AGM construction means no water top-ups and no routine checks. BAM supplies it wholesale to integrators, UPS and telecom contractors, MEP contractors and FM companies across the UAE and GCC.

Why is the capacity rated at 10 hours, not 20?
Long-life batteries are usually rated at the 10-hour rate. At the 20-hour rate, this battery's discharge data shows about 69Ah, so compare like for like when checking other brands.
Should I choose the 55Ah or the 65Ah?
Choose by space as well as capacity. The 55Ah is compact and tall (230 x 138 x 215 mm), while the 65Ah is long and low (350 x 166 x 179 mm). Check which suits your cabinet.
How long will it last in the Gulf?
Heat shortens battery life. For the longest service, install it in a cooled, ventilated room. Every 10°C above 25°C significantly reduces float life.
Will it fit my cabinet?
It measures 350 x 166 mm and is 179 mm tall including terminals, and weighs about 20.4 kg. Check shelf space and load rating, and plan for a two-person lift.
Which terminal does it have?
It comes with T14 terminals: an M6 threaded insert that takes an M6 bolt. Check your cable lugs suit M6 before ordering.
What does the warranty cover?
Standby (backup) use only, where the battery sits on float charge and discharges during power failures. Cyclic use, such as solar, golf carts or daily-cycling inverters, is not covered.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
